Goods sold by Pet Treats Direct are shipped via Australia Post, and the delivery area is limited to areas serviced by Australia Post within Australia.

Average delivery days will be 2 days up to a maximum of 10 days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame please contact us without delay.

Full payment must be received before any goods are dispatched. Full payment is the Product(s) + Postage cost. Australia Post calculates postage costs from the net weight or parcel dimensions (whichever is greater). The net weight of each product is included with the product description.

All postage costs will be displayed for you at checkout, prior to you providing payment information All items are sent with a tracking number so that orders can be tracked. All information you supply during the ordering process must be true and correct. Pet Treats Direct does not accept liability for products sent with errors made by the ordering party. We endeavour to post all orders within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment. If there are any delays (excluding public holidays), which may extend the delivery time, we will notify you. Returns Policy

Products are non-refundable unless there is a known fault or defect. If the item has major fault in accordance with the Law, you are entitled to choose between a refund or replacement of the item (subject to availability), along with compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage.You may lodge a Returns Request to return the product for a full refund or you can contact us on 1800 736 636 to arrange a replacement subject to availability. In some instances, we may request photographic evidence of the fault and request you not to return the product. If you are required to return the item to us, you will be provided with a paid return method and will be issued with a refund upon receipt and assessment of the goods. .
